Hi, my name is Detra Mardis. I’m the Human Resources Manager at Eaton Corporation. We’re a manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment. I’ve been working at the Sumter, SC facility for 14 years and a total of 20 years for the company. My birthday is February 25 and my favorite childhood cartoon was Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Inspector Gadget.

One of the best things I like about my job is that no two days are ever the same and I get to witness employees grow into their career/life goals.
